In summary: Defective, damaged or unsatisfactory quality items will be replaced or refunded if reported within 30 days. However, as the products are personalised and printed on-demand for the customer, simple returns for a change of mind are not accepted by Gelato. If you have a problem with your order that Gelato cannot resolve, please do get in touch with us at shop@aquifermusic.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Physical Products

CDs, vinyl or other physical products that arrive defective, damaged or are not-as-described can be returned for a full refund by contacting us at shop@aquifermusic.co.uk within 30 days of your order.

Downloadable Products

Products that consist of mp3 downloads are supplied in a zip file that is compatible with all modern devices. If you have any issues opening or using the downloads, please contact us and we will resolve the situation as best we can. However, refunds of digital products are not accepted due to the ease of copying digital files.
